Each project is unique. We tailor our services to fit your needs, which may include strategic planning, team alignment, operational support, or leadership development.
Unless explicitly stated in writing, we do not act as:

Team & Employee Interactions
In some projects, we may work 1:1 or in small groups with team members. These conversations are designed to support clarity, alignment, and performance, not to replace internal HR functions.
Any feedback or insights we provide to leadership will be high-level, anonymised, and shared only with the individual’s awareness or consent.
Confidentiality & Data Protection
We treat all information shared with professionalism and discretion. We do not collect, store, or process personal employee data outside the scope of the engagement.
Horizon Consultants operates under the principles of GDPR and will cooperate with any formal Subject Access Requests where applicable.
We retain project-related notes only as long as necessary to deliver the engagement.
Notes from 1:1 conversations are typically anonymised or summarised and are not shared without consent. You may request deletion of personal data at any time.
Duty of Care & Employer Responsibility
Our clients retain full responsibility for all employment-related matters, including duty of care, conflict management, compliance, and employee wellbeing.
We may offer guidance on communication, leadership, or team culture, but we recommend involving qualified HR or legal professionals for any sensitive or formal workplace issues.
Ethical Practice
We operate from a place of integrity, neutrality, and respect. We reserve the right to step out of an engagement if boundaries become unclear or misaligned with our values.
